North York, ON – December 09, 2024 – Afro-Canadian Development Inc. is excited to announce its Annual “Gift a Christmas” Event, taking place on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Dear Mama Banquet Hall, Unit-19, 1270 Finch Avenue West, North York, M3J 3J7.
This heartwarming holiday tradition is dedicated to spreading joy and comfort to children and families in need across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Last year, the event touched the lives of over 150 children and their families. This year, the organization aims to make an even greater impact by providing personalized gifts to at least 250 children and winter survival kits to families experiencing financial hardship.
This year’s event is made possible thanks to the generous support of our valued partners: J.D. Irving (Royale), Mandarin Restaurant- North York, Honda, Niagara Parks, AGO, Ripley’s Aquarium, and Farm Boy. Their contributions have been instrumental in ensuring that we can bring holiday cheer to those who need it most.
