Equipping BPOC Youth Today. Empowering Communities Tomorrow.
JobReady+ is designed to help Black and People of Color (BPOC) youth aged 16–30 across the Greater Toronto Area overcome barriers to meaningful employment.
The program will provide free pre-employment training, mentorship, industry certifications, and employer connections, equipping participants with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
JobReady+ aims to bridge the gap between unemployment and sustainable careers by fostering economic equity and inclusion for youth from underserved and newcomer communities.
