Referrals can come from schools, hospitals, social services, or families directly. We conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand needs and preferences, then match clients with the right home and support team. Placement typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on availability and individual circumstances.

Our homes are small, community-integrated residences with 24/7 trained staff. We emphasize person-centred support, therapeutic programming, community engagement, and family partnership. Every home is individualized to meet the unique needs and preferences of its residents.

Yes. We offer both short-term respite care for families needing temporary support and crisis respite services for individuals in acute distress. Respite placements range from 24 hours to several weeks and are tailored to individual and family needs.

All staff complete comprehensive training in person-centred care, trauma-informed practice, behavior management, health & safety, and specialized areas relevant to client needs. We employ certified behavior analysts, registered technicians, licensed social workers, and experienced caregivers. Ongoing professional development is mandatory.
