Afro Canadian Development Inc. in collaboration with Black Creek Community Health Center (BCCHC) is organizing a “COVID-19 Vaccination & Community Health” event on Friday (March 24, 2023) to promote health and safety in the North York community.
DATE: March 24, 2023 (Friday)
TIME: 4 PM – 7 PM
LOCATION: 1270 Finch Avenue West, Unit 18, North York ON M3J 3J7
The event activities include:
- Covid 19 vaccination (Both Pfizer and Moderna – 1st to 5th doses)
- Blood pressure and blood sugar testing
- Distribution of rapid test kits & N95 masks
- Health & wellness counselling
ALL THE ACTIVITIES ARE FREE!!! NO OHIP CARD REQUIRED!
