1) Coding Camp
In today’s tech-savvy world, coding is an essential language to learn. Given the growing need for STEM professionals, learning to code from a young age is a sure-fire way to stand out in today’s cutthroat job market. Our coding camp aims to build coding skills in children and youths through fun and engaging coding sessions. In fact, they will gain knowledge of character creation, storyboarding, animation, environment, level design, beta testing, and, of course, coding—everything they need to know to create their own game.
Skills learned through this camp: Resilience, Confidence, Game Design, Beta-Testing
2) Robotics Camp
Robotics camps introduce and educate children and youth on the fundamentals of robotics and equip them with the essentials they need to create their own robots. The top robotics professionals from MakerKids can help children create their own contemporary robots.
Skills learned through this camp: Self-Confidence, Creativity, Teamwork, Coding, Electronics, Math, Design
3) Minecraft Camp
In our Minecraft camp, children and youth will learn the fundamentals of Minecraft, and how computers and servers’ function and collaborate with each other to make Minecraft even cooler. With the help of professional experts, we assist them in developing transferable skills like coding, electronics, 3D modelling, servers, and more through the wildly popular game Minecraft. Moreover, Minecraft helps them enhance their maths skills as they learn to read numbers, add, subtract, divide, and multiply through different assigned tasks.
Skills learned through this camp: Social Skills, Maths, Communication, Teamwork, Problem-Solving, Coding, and 3D Design.
